SOLAR GOLD METALLIC PEARL
Solar Gold Pearl is a fairly hard colour to do properly, as all pearls are. They are very popular though and look really good.
As with ALL pearls, they are matte as standard and we 100% recommend using a topcoat of the glossifier / super gloss to make them pop or it effect kinda hidden and not as good. Satin is also a really good look.
2 main methods for this pearl;
- 99.9% of the time use this over the Black Primer Base Colour followed by pearl
- Or for lighter, light grey primer, white, then pearl
It is very easy to get lines with these, especially on bonnets and roofs. This is purely down to gun technique, poor overlaps and tipping gun at an angle. Once you put lines in, you CANNOT get them out. Short of redoing the black and going again. Pearls are not recommended as a first dip.
This will give a matte finish.
You can topcoat it with satin or glossifier to alter the finish. Or our PRO gloss & matte finishes to add fuel resistance.

Order after 1pm on Friday and at weekends, the order will ship on Monday.
Order on public holidays and orders will ship the the next working day we return to work. Bank holiday Mondays for instance, the orders will ship on the Tuesday.
NO delivery is guaranteed. Delays happen. Do not order and book work or take your car apart expecting its arrival. Order in plenty of time.
Please open and inspect the items on arrival. The delivery guy will have to wait. If you simply sign for it, and it is damaged you cannot make a claim. Unless it is signed as damaged, you cannot make a claim.
